We welcome you all to our gala event. The food and wine will be presented in the manner of a "strolling dinner". Several stations with different selections of the dinner will be located throughout the large dining room. Also at each station, will be a selection of Michigan Wines that have been chosen to pair well with the food served at that station. You are invited to visit all the stations to try each selection.
We also invite you to step outside to the top of the MSU Stadium. However, we ask that you do not bring food or drink into the stadium area. Our event is also smoke free, as are the facilities at MSU. To smoke you must go completely outside of the Stadium area. Thank you.
The Wine List
Wines were selected for this event which will match well with the food items offered at the various tables. The wines have been identified which are suggested as good matches for the items, however, try other wines not suggested as pairing wine and food is often a personal preference and experience.

The Menu
Dinner will be presented in stations. The food is presented with a selected wine that is paired to best enhance the flavors of that particular food. We call it a "strolling dinner" because you will be moving from table to table to find different selections. Your wine card will list the wines paired with each food. Present your wine card at each table to try the wine of your choice. Enjoy.
